What we collect

Your email address, optional company or team name, workflow description, optional tools or systems, submission source, and submission time.

Why we use it

To assess and respond to your enquiry, ask relevant questions, and keep a record of the request. Do not submit confidential operational, credential, health, payment, or customer data.

Storage and access

Form submissions are stored in the website's Cloudflare D1 database. VolyxAI limits database access to the account and services used to operate the site and handle enquiries. We do not sell this information or use it for unrelated advertising.

Retention and requests

We have not set a fixed retention period. We keep enquiries while they are useful for follow-up and reasonable business records, then delete them when they are no longer needed. To ask us to access, correct, or delete information connected to your enquiry, email [email protected]. We may need to verify that the request relates to you, and some information may be retained where reasonably needed for legal, security, or record-keeping purposes.
